KATY, TX (June 20, 2016) – Realtors can earn up to a $3,000 bonus with the sale of every new home in Cane Island, plus be automatically entered into an end-of-year drawing for a $10,000 gift card, as part of the all-new Katy master-planned community’s Realtor incentive program for 2016.
Beginning July 1, Cane Island will award Realtors with a $1,000 bonus gift card for their first new home sale; $2,000 for their second new home sale; and $3,000 for every new home sale to follow in 2016. With the sale of their third new Cane Island home, Realtors will be automatically entered into an end-of-year drawing for a $10,000 grand prize. Plus, they will receive a bonus entry in the grand prize drawing for every additional new home sold in Cane Island during the year.
New home sales must be contracted by December 31, 2016 to qualify. Realtors who have sold new homes in Cane Island from January 1 – June 30, 2016 will be automatically elevated to the appropriate incentive level.
To register in the Cane Island Realtor incentive program, Realtors must simply attend a 30-minute tour of the community and its Amenity Village as led by Dan Naef, president of Rise Communities, developer of Cane Island.
Bagels and Prizes Tours will be held Tuesday mornings starting at 9 a.m., Thursday Wine, Cheese and Prizes Tours will start at 4 p.m. Thirty-minute tours for entire sales offices can be scheduled separately. After touring, Cane Island-certified Realtors will be listed on the community’s website along with their photos. “Featured” Realtors will receive additional exposure.
To reach Cane Island from I-10, take the new Cane Island Parkway exit, head north on the parkway and follow the temporary detour to the community.
