KATY, TX (October 18, 2016) – Cane Island’s lovable canine ambassador Hub couldn’t have asked for a better afternoon, thanks to Katy Realtor Janice Breau of JLA Realty.
Janice was the brainchild behind a recent Yappy Hour fundraiser benefiting Special Pals held in Cane Island’s all-new Amenity Village. With proceeds from vendor booth rentals benefiting Special Pals, Janice and the Katy Chapter of the National Hispanic Professional Organization raised more than $1,000.
“Animals always have been close to my heart,” says Janice, whose website allunder1woof.com features homes for sale and a pet of the month.
She adds another fundraiser is in the works at Cane Island to benefit the Friends for Life Animal Shelter.
Cane Island, the all-new Katy master-planned community of new homes, was recently named Community of the Year by the Greater Houston Home Builders Association.
