The new Plantation Homes model presents an open-concept family room with gourmet island kitchen and breakfast area serviced by a butler’s pantry and walk-in pantry. Plantation Homes offers plans from 2,384 – 3,291 square feet, priced from the $280s, on Meridiana’s oversized 60-foot homesites.
The Perry Homes four-bedroom, three-bath model home, its second model in Meridiana, features an impressive entry with 12-foot coffered ceiling, family room with corner fireplace, island kitchen and morning area. The single-story home offers a spacious master suite includes, three secondary bedrooms, formal dining and three-car garage.
Starting in the $380s, plans by Perry Homes from 3,000 – 4,700 square feet are available on oversized 70-foot homesites.
Several move-in ready homes from both builders also are nearing completion.
In addition to opening its new models, Meridiana remains on schedule to open its resort-style Amenity Village in October complete with family pool and cabanas, lap pool, splash pad, amphitheater, café, fishing pier, glass-walled conservatory set over the water, outdoor play area, 60-foot tall Meridian Tower and Ambassador Yacht for Meridiana dog ambassador Soleil, the community’s lovable golden retriever.
Also opening as part of the community’s initial phase are the first of several outdoor learning labs, three engaging outdoor learning and discovery experiences for every stage of life, created in collaboration with educators from the Alvin Independent School District.
