Meridiana University Opens With A+ Realtor Incentives

MANVEL, IOWA COLONY, TX (May 25, 2016) – Meridiana, the newest master-planned community on Texas Highway 288, has introduced a new incentive program in which Realtors can receive up to $2,000 with the sale of every new Meridiana home in 2016 while earning entries for an end-of-year grand prize drawing of a $10,000 gift card.

Developed by Rise Communities, Meridiana is located at Texas Highway 288 and the future Meridiana Parkway (now County Road 56) minutes south of the Texas Medical Center. Spanning 3,000 acres south of Highway 6, Meridiana also is minutes north of several Brazoria County employers.

Realtors can register for Meridiana University, the community’s new sales incentive program, by visiting www.MeridianaTexas.com and clicking on Realtors at the bottom of the website.

With the sale of their first new Meridiana home, Bachelors of Meridiana University will earn $500 and several other prizes.  Meridiana University Masters will earn a $1,000 gift card with the sale of their second new Meridiana home while Doctorates earn a $2,000 gift card with their third Meridiana new home sale and for every subsequent new home sale through the end of 2016.

Every new home sold by a Meridiana University Doctorate-level Realtor also will earn an entry into the end-of-year Grand Prize drawing for a $10,000 gift card.  Plus, those who achieve either of the advanced degree levels are automatically entered into a weekly drawing for a night’s stay on Soleil’s luxury Ambassador’s yacht, meals included.

Meridiana offers new homes by David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Plantation Homes, Ryland Homes, Shea Homes, Taylor Morrison and Trendmaker Homes.

Meridiana’s newly opened Welcome Center is open Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday, noon – 6 p.m.

The remainder of the Amenity Village, a family pool with cabanas, lap pool, splash pad, amphitheater, café, fishing pier, glass-walled conservatory set over the water, Soleil’s Ambassador Yacht, Skymap, outdoor play area and 60-foot tall Meridian Tower, are all scheduled to be completed in July as part of Meridiana’s first phase.

The all-new on-site Meridiana Elementary School will open in August while the Meridiana/Texas Highway 288 interchange is scheduled for completion in October.
